ARTICLE 1 : PREAMBLE

This privacy policy applies to the site: lesscode.fr.

 

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the site about:

  • Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.

 

The processing is lawful only if, and to the extent that, at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
  • The processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
  • The processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

ARTICLE 3: PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED DURING SITE NAVIGATION

Article 3.1: Data Collected

 

The personal data collected in the course of our activity are as follows: name, first name, and email address.

Personal data are collected when the user uses the contact form to send a request.

The collection and processing of these data serve the following purpose(s): responding to requests sent via the contact form.

The data are kept by the data controller under reasonable security conditions, for a period of 5 years for personal data and up to 24 months for visit analysis cookies.

LessCode may retain certain personal data beyond the periods mentioned above to fulfill its legal or regulatory obligations.

The site is hosted by the company LWS Ligne Web Services, whose head office is located at 2 RUE JULES FERRY, 88190 GOLBEY, France.

 

Article 3.3: Data Transmission to Third Parties

 

The personal data collected by the site are not transmitted to any third party and are processed only by the site publisher.

The data controller is responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.

 

Article 4.2: Obligations of the Data Controller

 

The data controller commits to protecting the collected personal data, not transmitting it to third parties without informing the user, and respecting the purposes for which the data was collected.

 

The site has an SSL certificate to ensure that the information and data transfer through the site are secure. An SSL (“Secure Socket Layer”) certificate aims to secure the data exchanged between the user and the site.

  • Right to contact the competent supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR).

ARTICLE 6: CONDITIONS FOR MODIFYING THE PRIVACY POLICY

The site publisher reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time to ensure its compliance with applicable law for site users.
